1. Acceptance and Agreement

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following eligibility conditions must be met to use the jdbl platform:

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account on jdbl, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. The name, date of birth and phone number provided at registration must be valid and verifiable.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify the jdbl support team immediately.

  • Use a strong password that combines letters, numbers and special characters.
  • Change your password regularly.
  • Avoid logging in from public devices or public Wi-Fi.
  • Log out properly after each session.

3.3 Updating Account Information

If any of your personal details change (phone number, email, etc.), you must inform the jdbl support team immediately. jdbl will not be responsible for withdrawal delays caused by missing or incorrect information.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

jdbl accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

You must use a payment account registered in your own name when making deposits. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may trigger an account investigation.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
  • After successful verification, withdrawals are generally processed within 5-30 minutes.
  • Withdrawals will always be sent to your own registered payment account.
  • Applicable wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from bonus funds.
  • Withdrawal processing may be delayed for unverified accounts.

4.3 Transaction Cancellation

Deposits cannot be cancelled once made. Withdrawal requests may be cancelled before processing begins; once processing has started, cancellation is no longer possible.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jdbl offers a welcome bonus for new members: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive this bonus.

The welcome bonus can be claimed once only and will be applied automatically at the time of the first deposit.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal.

  • The deadline for completing wagering is set by jdbl and will be stated in the bonus offer terms.
  • Only real-money bets will count toward wagering completion.
  • Certain games or game types may count at different percentages toward wagering contributions.

5.3 VIP Program

The jdbl VIP program has three tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

  • Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
  • Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
  • Gold: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Progress through VIP tiers is determined based on your gaming activity. The criteria for reaching higher tiers are set at jdbl's discretion and may change.

5.4 Bonus Misuse

Warning: If bonus misuse, fraudulent activity or attempts to claim bonuses through multiple accounts are detected, all bonuses and associated winnings will be cancelled. jdbl staff verify the validity of every bonus claim.

6. Gameplay Rules

The jdbl platform offers various gaming services including slots, cricket betting, live casino, Monster Hi-Lo and voucher games. Each game category has its own rules, which are available within the game or on the relevant page.

6.1 Finality of Results

All game results are determined by software and are final once settled. If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, jdbl will make reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate resolution.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has minimum and maximum betting limits that are displayed in the game interface. jdbl reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

6.3 Connection Issues

jdbl is not responsible for any game being left incomplete due to loss of internet connection. Ensuring the stability of your internet connection is your own responsibility.

7. Prohibited Activities

  • Attempting to access another user's account.

Consequences: Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
